Policy for the Return of Originals
Don’t love your new artwork? If the original artwork doesn’t satisfy you entirely, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of the artwork to return the piece.
To be eligible for a full return, your item must (a) be in the same condition that you received it, (b) remain in its original packaging,(c) have a receipt or proof of purchase, (d) not have been on sale at the time of purchase, and (e) have returned shipping expenses covered by the purchaser.

PLEASE NOTE: To avoid the above eventuality, please consider employing the installation and art consultation services of the Nate Hester Studio. I am happy to come and hang the artwork personally in your home 1-week prior to final purchase if you are within 100 miles of the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area.
